How long can I receive your reply after I send my inquiry?

We will reply you within 12 hours on workday.
Are you a manufacturer or a trade company?

We are a manufacturer, and we have our own foreign trade department. We market our own products.
What products can you provide?

What application areas are your products mainly involved in?

Can you make a custom production line according to the sample?

Yes, we can produce based on customer’s color and request
How many employees are there in your company, and how many technicians are there?

The company has more than60 employees, including more than 5 professional and technical personnel
Payment?

We will confirm the payment with you when quoting, like FOB, CIF, CNF or others.

In batch production, we accept 30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L.

T/T is the main payment, and L/C is acceptable as well.
What’s your delivery method?

Usually we ship by sea, because we are very near ningbo and shanghai. The sea export is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also air, Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.
Where are your main exports?

Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries including the United States, Europe,South-Afirica
